Your repaired device is returned with a 365 day warranty from the date of delivery, and it is fully tested by our technicians before it leaves us. There are a few things worth knowing before you unbox it.

Your device may have a test passcode set

During our diagnostics procedure a passcode has to be set on the device so that every function can be tested. Our default test passcode is 0000 or 000000. If your device asks for a passcode when it arrives, try those, then set your own.

Cosmetic damage

Your repair addresses the fault your claim was raised for. Cosmetic marks and scratches that do not affect how the device works are not normally part of a repair, so they may still be there when your device comes back to you. If you are not sure what your policy includes, please check with your insurance company.

You may find a diagnostics report in the box

Your device may arrive with a printed diagnostics report. Those results are produced automatically by software, not entered by a technician. It is not possible for a technician to pass a function that the software has recorded as not working.

Your screen protector

Where the manufacturer does not fit a screen protector to a replacement screen, we fit a complimentary one before despatch. See Your HUSH Protect screen protector.
