Once your repair has passed final quality control, your device is despatched back to you and we email you the details. This page explains what to expect, so you know in advance.

How your device is sent

Repaired devices are returned by Royal Mail Special Delivery. A signature is required on delivery, so please make sure somebody is able to receive the parcel.

Tracking your parcel

The despatch email we send you contains the address we are delivering to, your tracking number, and a link to track the parcel. Royal Mail will also send you tracking updates by SMS and email as your parcel progresses.

If you miss the delivery

Royal Mail will leave a card. You can arrange a redelivery or collect the parcel from your local delivery office using your tracking number. Please do this promptly - parcels that are not collected are eventually returned to us, which delays getting your device back to you.

If your parcel arrives damaged

Please email claims@mmi.services from the email address registered with your claim, quoting your claim reference, with clear photographs of the packaging and of the device, before doing anything else.

Your delivery address

Your delivery address is fixed once your claim reaches Service Complete, which is the final quality control stage. Address changes cannot be accepted after that point, including after your device has been despatched. See Changing your delivery address.
