You can login to your portal at https://mmi.services/phlogin using the username and password provided in your initial email from us.
If you can't locate your username and password please email claims@mmi.services and we will reply with them.
Access to older claims
Your portal login lasts for the life of your claim. Twelve months after a claim is completed we remove the personal information we hold for it and the login stops working. We do this because we do not keep personal data for longer than we need it.
If you have a question about a claim that was completed more than twelve months ago, please contact your insurance company.
